Tracey MacDonald

Tracey MacDonald was born in Nova Scotia, Canada and graduated from Saint Francis Xavier University with a Degree in Sociology and Mass Media.
 
It was during Campus Comedy that Tracey became hooked and discovered her calling talent as a stand up comedian.
 
At just 18 years old Tracey had already done paying gigs touring Colleges in between University classes with Simon B. Cotter. Tracey was signing autographs at the schools even though she was very close to the age of the students.
 
In less than a year of doing stand up she got invited to the Just For Laughs festival where she got attention from Dreamworks. Tracey has had her own half hour special that still airs in Canada. After moving to Los Angeles she was named in MacLean's Magazine "Top Thirty Under Thirty" and was featured in Elle Magazine and on Star TV.
 
Tracey is the first Canadian woman to win on the NEW CBS Star Search Four times. She was awarded a two year development deal and two hundred thousand dollars.
 
She has appeared in Hollywood Variety after performing at the Buddy Hackett Benefit along with Sarah Silverman, Dane Cook, Bob Saget and many other top comedians.
 
She has appeared on the CBS Early show, Comics Unleashed, The E! Network, Comedy TV and has written for and worked with the best comedians in the business.
 
Her pilot "Working for Jack" has already had rave reviews and she is respected as a performer and writer. She lives in Hollywood and is thankful for her fans.
