What are See Meaning Passionate About

Facilitation

We are experienced meeting facilitators. We work with you to identify your needs, then plan and lead engaging and participatory processes guaranteed to meet them. We can also do this in combination with graphic recording. If requested, we also create follow-up meeting reports.

On-site Graphic Recording of your Keynote Speaker

We create a large-scale, hand-drawn mural of the words and images shared by your keynote speaker.

This is displayed on-site and digitized for printing or web and email distribution.

Speaker or Workshop Sketch Notes

We take notes and create accompanying visuals from keynotes and workshops in a notebook that can be copied and shared with all event participants.

Workshops: How to Rock Drawing as a Thinking Too

We train your staff and volunteers in the use of visual tools and graphic to bring out their creativity, enable out-of-box thinking and embed a culture of innovation within your organization.

Why You Will Love See Meaning

“I have to say that this was by far my favorite workshop in a very, very long time… maybe of all time… yes, of all time! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. The workshop was so well-planned out, paying attention to all the details (I especially like the time built in for reflection). Corrie, you are a fantastic facilitator. I am hoping to bring graphic facilitation into many areas of my work.”

“Janet did the graphics for our regional conference in 2010? Those were completely awesome. We are all still talking about how powerful it was to see our work come alive on the wall. And we are still using them—I send one by email to our Atlantic partners almost weekly.”

“Janet was, and probably will be for the rest of my life, the BEST facilitator I have ever experienced! She is truly amazing and….THAT is her “gift”! I have never observed anyone be able to draw, capture and reiterate the collective words and thoughts as succinctly and accurately as I saw happen through her.”

Corrie Melanson expertly facilitated a World Café session and rotating flipcharts exercise.  Her relaxed, approachable style and focus on the positive made employees comfortable about openly sharing their thoughts and ideas, which were artfully captured in a visual chart by Janet Rhymes while discussion took place.  The graphic facilitation enabled us to clearly see themes and linkages, which may not have been as evident in a report-only format.

See Meaning was very professional at all stages of the engagement. They were able to translate our objectives and desired outcomes into an agenda and work plan, were well prepared and organized on the day of the event, and followed up with a concise report and debriefing in a timely manner.”
