High Performance Coaching
Team Building and Performance
Dr. Carolyn Savoy specializes in high performance coaching. As a true team builder, she links theory to practice and teaches individuals and groups to apply psychological techniques that can dramatically improve performance.

D. in Education (Sport Psychology) and has been the University Senator for Health Professions, and President of the Faculty Association for Dalhousie University. According to Carolyn, “I have found that there is no recipe for getting teams to perform, and not everyone can be an effective leader. Leadership involves both technical and psychological expertise.”
